In this essay, we will explore profound insights from notable philosophers and how their teachings can help us unravel the shackles of anxiety, paving the way for a serene and fulfilling life.

The Power of Self-Awareness:

Socrates, one of the eminent figures of ancient philosophy, believed that self-awareness is the key to liberation.
